Founded in 1924, the full name of the brand is Quintero y Hermano (\u201cQuintero and Brother\u201d), established by tobacco expert Agust\u00edn Quintero and his four brothers in Cienfuegos, the southern Cuban port city known as the \u201cPearl of the South.\u201d With their refined craftsmanship and deep knowledge of tobacco, the Quintero brothers quickly achieved success, later setting up a small factory to produce cigars that could rival Havana\u2019s leading brands.Quintero cigars are made with tobacco leaves sourced from Cuba\u2019s Vuelta Abajo and Semi Vuelta regions.
