To honor one of the most important figures in the cigar world – master tobacco grower and plantation owner Alejandro Robaina – Habanos launched this brand in 1997, making it one of the youngest Cuban cigar brands. Produced at the Francisco Pérez Germán factory (commonly known as El Pinar), the brand uses only the finest tobacco leaves from the Robaina family’s plantation in San Luis, Vuelta Abajo. All vitolas are Totalmente a Mano con Tripa Larga – totally handmade long-filler cigars.
